Grant Review Schedule
The Hoglund Foundation’s Board of Directors meets three times a year to review and award grants. All notifications of funding will be sent within 30 days of grant approval. Details of Board meeting dates and deadlines are as follows:
- Board meetings are held on or near April 15, August 15, and December 15. Dates will be set annually by the Board.
- If a Full Grant Proposal is requested for review, all information must be received by the Foundation office 30 days before the next scheduled Board meeting or the grant proposal will be put on the following meeting’s agenda. Deadlines for proposals are March 15, July 15, and November 15.
- The Foundation requires Letters of Inquiry submissions once a year per organization and only after any multi-year grants have been paid in full.
- Board decisions on all applications, accepted or declined, are reported by mail.
Applicants may provide additional information to explain further the agency or its request. This information will be reviewed only by the Executive Director and Program Officer and will not be submitted to the Board. Full Grant Proposals should be mailed or delivered to The Hoglund Foundation office. Inclusion of videos or CDs is discouraged.The Board will give thoughtful consideration to each proposal reviewed. Any changes in dates or deadlines will be posted on the website.
